The ideal candidate is a strong communicator passionate about storytelling, marketing, and brand messaging. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. You will work closely with senior writers, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. Your Day to Day Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email marketing, product descriptions, advertisements, and blog posts. Develop content that aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective campaigns. Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content strategies. Have a strong understanding of frank green’s target audience, product benefits and vision and always consider this for creative outputs. Champion the culture of frank green, particularly within the creative team. Optimise content for SEO, social media, and digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement. Revise and adapt copy based on feedback from senior team members and clients. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines. What You Need Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail. Versatile in adapting tone and style for various audiences and platforms. Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, and digital strategies, with familiarity in SEO and keyword optimisation. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms. Strong communicator and team player, skilled in collaboration across departments. Basic design tool knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in English, journalism, communications, or related field. 1 years of copywriting experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, FMCG, or sustainability. Strong research skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Experience writing for digital platforms (social media, blogs, emails, ads).
