Analyze product performance, provide technical insights, and ensure that our solutions are both robust and reliable.Customer Engagement & Demos: Lead hands-on demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites, illustrating how our PD, DGA, and Overhead Cable Monitoring systems deliver tangible benefits.Consultative Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor by translating intricate technical details into clear benefits for customers, addressing technical queries with precision.Collaborative Development: Work alongside engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to integrate customer feedback and drive continuous product improvements.Support for Commercial Initiatives: Contribute to the development of competitive offers by providing technical validation and strategic insights that enhance pricing and value propositions.Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, demo guides, and training materials to support both customer understanding and internal competency.Reporting and Metrics: Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to refine strategies.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in technical sales or pre-sales within the electrical systems monitoring, test, or measurement industry.Deep technical knowledge of Partial Discharge, Dissolved Gas Analysis, and Overhead Cable Monitoring technologies.Ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights that support both product development and customer engagement.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical experts and broader business stakeholders.Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with the ANZ market or similar regions is highly desirable.What's on OfferAn attractive salary package of approximately 140k base.Additional benefits including a 15k car allowance, fuel and tolls, plus laptop and phone.Superannuation benefits as part of your package.An opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative work environment.A chance to take on a National role, with plenty of room for upwards growth!If you're ready for a new challenge and meet the above criteria, I'd love to hear from you.
