This senior role is based in Melbourne and is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in managing ERP implementations within an end-user environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP program, including managing project scope, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external implementation partners, and senior leadership to ensure successful system integration and business transformation. Drive best practices and continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle. Provide leadership and mentorship to internal project teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption. Skills and Experience Required: Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM. Proven ability to manage complex projects within an end-user environment, including delivering on time and within budget. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes and how they map to ERP systems. Experience working with external implementation partners and managing vendor relationships.
