The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and managing appointments.Handle incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls, and take messages according to agreed protocols.Maintain effective communication with veterinary staff and clients.Perform invoicing, payment follow-ups, and insurance documentation.Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry into ezyVet software.Work closely with the Client Services Team to improve front-of-house operations and assist in training new team members.Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.Be familiar with veterinary/medical terminology and procedures.Ensure a clean and safe environment in reception waiting areas.
