We have Private Bankers and Private Wealth Managers specialising in banking, lending strategic advice, investments and insurance located right across Australia.Our vision is to be the private bank successful Australians recommend.About The RoleReporting into the National Head - Property within Commonwealth Private, the Partnership Manager will be a generalist with broad strength in Business Development and a particular focus on all consumer lending and commercial products of the CBA Group by providing and delivering the value proposition and holistic partnership solutions to external and internal relationships.You will help drive the successful delivery of external and internal partnerships for a seamless whole of Banking offering and drive customer satisfaction through deepening relationships and developing relevant solutions.
By collaborating with the industry leads and Private Banking teams, you'll support their endeavour to canvas the market for best-in-class partnerships and identify opportunities, while also applying rigour and good governance to developing and maintaining these relationships.Additionally, you will: Onboard and manage external and internal referral partnershipsMaintain ongoing relationships and portfolios of referral partnersCo-ordinate a well-structured cadence and approach to reporting weekly outcomesScorecard KPIs align to business outcome, objectives and growthCo-ordinate events and manage thought leadership initiatives for referral partnersPortfolio Management Including engagement of existing partners and manage any offboardingRequirement of risk management skillsRequirement and knowledge of credit risk and Private Bank policyEnable and facilitate introductions from CP front line teamsDemonstrates strong stakeholder management – Home Buying, CSN and CP Operations, Banker and EMDemonstrates and has a deep knowledge and understanding of the HLRSP program and offeringManage opportunity management and referral partner from acquisition through to conversionMaintains CPs external market awareness for partnersStrong communication and ability to discuss and apply market trendsKnowledge of competitors, products, rates and current housing market trendsArrange networking opportunities for banker cohort and referral partnersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, we're looking for talent who have:1- 5 years plus experience in Business Development or Strategic Relationship rolesStrong communication and presentation skills and experience as it pertains to driving partnershipsStrong grasp of the technical evaluation aspects of asset allocation, portfolio construction, equities, fixed income, alternatives and real assets.Experience in wealth management and financial markets preferably in the HNW segment (e.g.
