We are inviting hospitality professionals with direct sales experience to step into the world of hospitality technology, such as BTG Gaming Software, used in over 85% of casino and club venues, guest paging solutions, digital surveys, two-way radios, beverage control technology, ANZ/Suncorp EFTPOS, and cleaning and hygiene products such as Meiko and Winterhalter polish-free commercial glass and dishwashers. BTG also provides solid technology chemical solutions and state-of-the-art dispensing solutions to the hospitality markets.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be the driving force behind finding and building sales within BTG's existing customers and fostering stronger relationships by adding additional products.
What you will be doing
- Seek innovative ways to propose our technology to existing and new opportunities.
- Proactively engage with existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Represent BTG at industry events to promote the brand and generate new leads.
Solution Development & Sales Execution
- Align BTG product offerings with our customer requirements to create tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations to showcase BTG’s value.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
Customer Success & Retention Contribution
- Set clear expectations for onboarding and system adoption during the sales process.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to monitor merchant progress in the first three months.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive additional value for merchants.
- Flag potential churn risks during the sales process to support proactive retention.

- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand, explain, and position features, integrations, and benefits with confidence.
- Organized & Efficient: High level of organization with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office, Mac OS X, and CRM systems; familiarity with hospitality technology is an advantage.
- Customer-Focused: Approachable and personable, building trust through active listening, great questions, and a genuine focus on merchant success.
- Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges to improve customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Necessary Requirements: Current driver’s license, own vehicle, and full working rights in Australia. Industry Experience (Preferred):Prior experience in hospitality communications, POS systems, commercial glass, or dishwasher/chemicals sales is an advantage.
