We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable person to join our admin team at Burgess BLA in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
Only candidates that reside in Kalgoorlie will be considered.
You must have the following attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable and be proficient in the use of the following software:
o Myob
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Outlook
Your typical day would be:
* Processing high volume of supplier invoices with accurate coding for multiple entities
* Monitoring accounts email inbox and dispersing as required
* Processing invoice payments through the weekly or monthly runs as per payment terms
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and payment discrepancies
* Credit Card Reconciliations
You’ll enjoy the role if you:
* Have previous experience within a high volume, fast paced Accounts Payable environment
* Love to problem solve and have confidence in your communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
* Your core work values are centered around having strong attention to detail
* Tackling Microsoft Excel, Outlook and MYOB doesn’t hold you back and you are keen to be the expert for the system.
