AS A INSURANCE SPECIALIST YOU WILL…
Support the Senior Insurance Specialist and the wider ANZ Insurance function and is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the SG Fleet Insurance portfolio. This includes effectively liaising with internal and external customers to drive the growth of the insurance portfolio.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…
• Provide administrative support to the wider insurance department ensuring the use of all relevant IT systems, any project related activities and system testing, systems record management, debtor management, claims, settlements, phone and email support, and related activities for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise as necessary on total losses as well as assisting with adhoc claim reporting.
• Assist with underwriting activities including loss performance analysis for new proposals and renewal invitations for existing business, documentation, reports and the implementation and administration of the SG Fleet insurance programme.
• Assist with regular monitoring to ensure that SG Fleet’s Motor Vehicle Insurance Suppliers deliver services within SLA’s and KPI’s. Conduct regular reviews, checks and audits of claim-handling accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Fleet & Premium including assisting with the reforecasting and reporting for SG Fleet Insurance.
• Be the subject matter expert relating to the insurance offering and build strong professional relationships with SG Fleet clients, third party insurance providers and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to compliance and risk guidelines and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency and improve the client experience.
