Do you want to be a part of a dynamic sales team which delivers the three-way win for our customers, consumers and our business? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager - On Premise to be based out of our Little Creatures Fremantle office. This role includes the management of existing key and influential on-premise groups as well as securing new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Field Sales Director WA, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow WA’s leading on premise customer groups. We’re looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder management skills and understands the nuances of contract negotiations, while having the ability to be innovative and creative in their approach. Achieving through others is also integral to this role, to ensure we are achieving our portfolio strategy through these partnerships. This is a full-time role although we are also open to a part-time arrangement (4 days a week) for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Effective promotional planning and trade spend management
* Developing and implementing joint marketing initiative activities
* Driving manual sales volume/value/profit outcomes

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Proven sales experience and success in account management, preferably within the on premise market
* Ability to partner and negotiate with internal and external customers, having sound commercial acumen

* Current Australian driver's licence
