About the role
This role owns the maintenance of all electrical assets including process instrumentation - you'll have a couple of supervisors and engineers through whom you'll manage a large team of skilled trades and technicians. Your role is primarily in leading maintenance execution and people leadership of the maintenance team - planning and scheduling is done by a separate team, as is stores management, CMMS, and reliability. This role is about 'getting things done' in a large and complex environment.
About you
We're looking for a solid leader first and foremost, who is from an electrical background.
1. Electrical Engineering degree
2. An established maintenance manager, with a strong leadership track record (ideally 10-20+ people)
3. Experience on relevant sites and with relevant assets to liquid processing (beverage, dairy, chemicals, refining, pharma, food)
4. Experience with highly automated plants utilising complex controls (such as a DCS)
