Workday Core HCM Mastery: Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including worker data, organizational structures, and business processes. Guarantee data integrity and accuracy, ensuring a reliable HR system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, providing top-notch user support. Stay ahead of Workday releases and implement strategic updates. Compensation Excellence: Configure and manage Workday Compensation modules, including compensation plans and salary structures. Support the annual compensation review process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Develop insightful compensation reports and analytics to drive informed decisions. Maintain compliance with all relevant compensation regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, providing top-notch user support. To thrive in this role, you will have: Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline Experience / knowledge of health sector (desirable) Experience leading a small team Experience in implementing Workday solutions, which may include participation in full lifecycle implementations, system upgrades, testing or major enhancements. Understanding of Job Architecture, and Compensation Frameworks. Substantial experience and understanding of the Workday platform with certification desirable Thorough understanding of employee E2E lifecycle and business processes across the health sector. Strong understanding of HR and compensation principles and practices.
