We are seeking a Project Officer, for an exciting and critical role in the implementation stages of their project cycle.
Your tasks will include: Project Coordination: Develop and manage key project resources, including project plans, risk registers, project reporting, and project tracking.
Maintain efficient project filing and document storage systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate stakeholder engagement planning and create materials to support local teams in effectively engaging stakeholders across regions of South Australia.
Communication: Draft high-quality written materials, including letters, emails, web copy, newsletter articles, and presentations, to communicate reform-related information to external stakeholders.
Project Management Support: Implement best practices and processes to ensure efficient project management and administrative operations.
Review and improve service delivery processes and information management solutions.
Internal Liaison: Work closely with internal stakeholders within their department to support the development of reports and projects related to reform priorities.
Meeting Coordination: Organise project meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and overseeing the completion of meeting outcomes.
Workplace Safety: Help maintain a safe and healthy working environment by reporting incidents, hazards, and injuries proactively.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in Project Coordination Excellent Communication Skills Stakeholder Engagement Experience Proactive Attitude Essential: To be considered for this position, you must hold a current working with children check and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in State Government and currently living in South Australia (due to the urgently to start this position).
