About the role:
Join a leading retailer as Assistant Manager of the Bentleigh store. In this fast-paced, high volume environment, you will work with the Store Manager in driving an excellent customer experience and manage all day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting managing & motivating a large team
* Driving sales targets and KPIs through exceptional customer service
* Overseeing stock management & visual merchandise standards
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
* Support the Store Manager in staff training and development
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About you:
* Proven experience in a retail leadership position
* Measurable success in a high-volume retail sales environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
* Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required
