In your new role you will…
1. Demonstrate deep understanding of digital health clinical systems to analyse and understand clinical and business workflow, determine their effectiveness, and to make solution recommendations to meet the organisation's needs.

About your opportunity:
In this position you will work with the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project Change and Communication Manager and members of that team, you will assist in the identification of change agency and communication opportunities through consultation with project team members and CHHHS staff. Your actions will contribute to the facilitation of successful change agency activities as a part of the delivery of the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project across the CHHHS.
About your role:
5. Provide guidance and understanding of how digital health clinical systems impact upon clinical workflow.
6. Provide oversight and work collaboratively with the relevant clinical and business stakeholders to develop integrated digital workflows to facilitate the safe and effective implementation and adoption of digital applications that improve business operations and complement accurate collation of data for reporting and improvement purposes.
7. Assist in conducting forums in a variety of contexts including one-on-one, small group and large group forums for the purposes of consultation and/or presentations.
8. Initiate and sustain engagement with clinical networks and key stakeholders across various disciplines to deliver successful outcomes through effective communication, consultation, negotiation, issues resolution, and influence change.
