The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate is responsible for developing and delivering a range of activities to support CQUniversity’s local and national Future Students strategy, including outreach programs, STEM initiatives, and strategic marketing activities. This directorate provides support and advice to faculties and divisions across a range of specialties.
As a key member of the Future Students team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community. Specifically, within the School Pathways stream, you will assist with the coordination of enrolment support for high school students into the Start TAFE Now (STN) and Start Uni Now (SUN) programs. You will provide administrative support and assist with enquiries from parents, supporters, and high school staff related to the learning and teaching of students. Additionally, you will help implement innovative and effective strategies to encourage senior secondary school students to participate in the SUN and STN programs.

Position Requirements
12. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education.
13. Proven skills in using business support software and large corporate information systems.
14. Excellent interpersonal, client service, and communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
15. Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise, and negotiate with diverse clients.
16. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in developing engagement strategies.
17. Desirable: Experience in leadership roles, mentoring, and working with diverse student groups.
