A rewarding opportunity, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing a range of administrative and coordination support for your Resales Consultants team, as you manage each step of the resales process, delivering the excellent service that we do and ensuring Stockland Halcyon continues to be the first choice for resales.
About the role
Based at one of our sites located in Clyde, Stockland Halcyon Evergreen or Jardin but commute to Stockland Halcyon Berwick for appointments as needed, you’ll provide high-quality, resales support whilst assisting in promoting Stockland Halcyon’s mission, vision and values to influence a broad range of stakeholders. There will also be the flexibility to work from home on occasions at the discretion of your Manager.

1. Support the Resales Consultant team by undertaking general administrative tasks
2. Assist where necessary in the coordination, scheduling and sometimes undertaking of appointments with Community team, external contractors and home buyers/owners
3. Demonstrate high-level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including but not limited to HPA preparation, brochure production, uploading and managing current resales listings to Halcyon external websites and data uploaded in CRM system
4. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to achieve great home buyer and owner delight by employing a high level of effective and timely communication skills
5. Assist with managing and coordinating events and functions
6. Provide excellent customer service backfill in the event a Resales Consultant is unavailable
About you
7. Open to industry background but looking for experience in delivering excellent customer service through frontline and administrative support
8. Experience building strong customer relationships and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
9. Strong skills in IT systems including MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management databases
10. Knowledge of legal processes and statutory framework relating to sales and resales of manufactured home is desirable as would an understanding of land lease but is not essential
11. Hold a current driver’s licence and use of your own vehicle
