We have a brand new role for a Lead/Tech Lead with extensive experience across Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). Short Description of the role: This role is for an experienced Technical Leader who can manage a team of 6 Software Engineers who work heavily across CIAM. You need to be a subject matter expert across CIAM and have done this for at least 5 years at a deep Technical level, not just interacted with teams across this. This role will see you leading the strategy for customer identity, help plan the Product Roadmap and helping the team with prioritizing whilst being hands on about 40% of the time with experience in Java or Kotlin, with some Typescript would be great! Experience required: Extensive experience with Auth0/other Customer Identity platforms Extensive experience with Java incl Springboot and some React (Typescript) experience Proven ability to architect and deliver complex Restful or GraphQL APIs and automation for UI and API testing. In-depth understanding of event-driven systems using tools such as SQS or Kafka. Comprehensive knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and SQL, with experience scaling database solutions. Mastery in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying scalable applications on AWS. Strong leadership in Agile development, lean methodologies, and driving user-centric designs with HCD.
