We are currently seeking to appoint an energetic and driven Customer Service Officer to work across our Waurn Ponds & Waterfront facilities. This role will primarily work with our members and users, providing a high level of customer service whilst completing administration tasks and others involved in the day to day operation of the facilities.

Reporting to the Geelong Operations Coordinator - DeakinACTIVE, the Customer Service Officer will be a part of our front-facing team on site and ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of all interactions with our patrons. The role will also take leadership and assist in the management of the casual trainers and instructors whilst delivering on attendance & participation targets.

About you
You Will Have:
Current level 2 First Aid and CPR
Police Check and Working with Children Card
Desirable:
Relevant & demonstrated industry experience
Certificate III and IV in Fitness or related tertiary qualification
Proven experience in driving customer service excellence
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in management of social sport competitions (desirable but not essential)
Experience in event management (desirable but not essential)
Marketing and business development skills (desirable but not essential)
