Job Description
* Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll for all employees across multiple entities.
* Handling employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and payroll data management.
* Ensuring compliance with Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and contracts.
* Overseeing STP2 reporting to the ATO, superannuation payments, payroll tax, and payslip distribution.
* Managing payroll-related year-end reporting obligations.
The Successful Applicant
* At least 5 years' experience managing payroll across multiple Awards / Enterprise Agreements.
* 2-3 years of corporate administration experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR3 Payroll.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and a strong team player.
Experience within the civil construction industry and familiarity with interpreting Modern Awards and multiple Enterprise Agreements are advantageous.
