We are currently seeking expert ServiceNow Consultants for our Brisbane team.
Required Skills and Experience
* ServiceNow ITSM Configuration and Development skills (Mandatory)
* Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and implementation (Highly Desirable)
* Able to consultatively engage with customers for requirements analysis and providing guidance
* Experience in ITOM, CSM, GRC or SecOps will be a plus (Highly Desirable)
* Strong documentation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
