About the Role
We’re seeking a Program Manager for a 2-year fixed-term position to manage the endorsed strate of the Supply Chain Program Management Office. This office is responsible for driving the delivery of the program planning and its benefits. The role will report to the Senior Operations Manager ANZ. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the successful planning and implementation of this program, which is critical to our ability to respond to increasingly complex supply requirements driven by growth, a changing portfolio, and ever-changing customer demands.

What You Will Do
1. Develop program/project structures and schedules.
2. Refine program budget, resourcing, and pricing parameters.
3. Develop an appropriate governance and reporting structure for the project team and stakeholders.
4. Lead day-to-day expectations and engagement.
5. Apply your supply chain functional expertise to support program deliverables.
6. Ensure the program/projects are executed in accordance with our methodologies.
7. Prepare and support program governance steering committee meeting content.
8. Lead project communication and reporting.
9. Utilize internal systems in accordance with expectations.
10. Foster a safe and efficient working environment with an engaged workforce
Who You Are
You’re an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and consulting. You possess project management expertise aligned with PMBOK principles and have experience in supply chain transformation and industrial project management.
11. Proficient in PMO functions: managing schedules, timelines, costs, and analysis.
12. Experienced in managing large capex and providing strategic supply chain input.
13. Skilled in industrial project management and warehouse commissioning.
14. Capable of running workstreams, managing inventory flows, defining business requirements, and leading a team to success.

What We Can Offer You
2-year fixed-term contract
Competitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 (Depending on Experience)
