The core role is attendance to all corporate secretarial work including:Attend to establishment of new companies and trustsNew applications and amendments to ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG registrationsProcessing of ASIC annual reviews, communications with clients, monitoring of fees and filing of completed documentsPreparation and lodgement of all corporate secretarial and ASIC documentation including all statutory formsAttendance to ASIC searches, business names, property searches, adhoc secretarial mattersEnsuring that all data cross checks across various databases and tax recordsLiaison with internal team members and clients directlyExperience with CAS360 and solid knowledge of ASIC and ATO processes. FuseSign and MYOB AE experience would be an advantage but not essential.Experience in an administration or client services roleExperience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and MYOB will be advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staffAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentEager to learn and expand on skillsA high level of personal presentation and a professional approachHighly organised and a natural plannerClient focused, with a willingness to help with a positive attitudeAbout UsMoore Australia is a member of the Moore Global network.
