Position Summary:
The APAC Head of CX and eCommerce COE provides deep expertise across the entire customer experience and commerce lifecycle; both in terms of executive client engagement and growing the business for Cognizant inclusive of practice and resource management, strategy, go to market, offering development, sales and alliances.
Duties And Responsibilities:
APAC Head of CX
The individual takes ownership of Cognizant APAC’s largest customer experience transformation opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to the client, shaping the opportunity whether it is strategy or implementation. They bring together various parts of Cognizant and our partners into a single, cohesive offering for our clients.
Global Head of eCommerce
* Building the global commerce centre of excellence out of Australia represents a massive opportunity for Cognizant both locally and globally. The individual will need to work closely with leadership to gain investment, shape the strategy, hire and train resources and create new offerings that Cognizant can take to market in conjunction with our partners. This will also require ownership of the MACH alliance (inclusive of Sitecore, commerce tools, CMS vendors, microservices and composable businesses) relationship as well as engagement with SaaS vendors such as SAP, Salesforce and Adobe to name a few.
* The key metrics for this role will be a combination of analyst relations, business development, offering creation, strategic thought leadership, alliance management and global growth of Cognizant’s commerce practice.
* Create and deliver Cognizant’s go to market strategy for the domains of sales, service, commerce and marketing.
* Manage partner relations across the MACH alliance as well as Salesforce and Adobe
* Source and establish partnerships with new, innovative startups to ensure that Cognizant stays ahead of the competition.
* Create and grow the Cognizant Global centre of excellence for eCommerce within Australia.
* Work with client’s to create and deliver their business and digital strategies through to implementation.
* Expand the Adelaide delivery centre with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Straits development.
* Deliver significant revenue and TCV growth across core areas of focus.
* Manage analyst relations with a responsibility for increasing our ratings year on year.
Mandatory Skills:
* You have a strong network in the APAC market and engages with stakeholders at clients at all levels, as well as with colleagues from different backgrounds. You are able to source, shape and manage large, complex deals.
* You can have informed executive level conversations as well as deep dive into the topics with experts from IT and Business addressing the functional areas
* You master the consulting craft as well as grooming and growing teams.
* You are a growth specialist, with skills in building a business from the ground up and taking this to market
* You’re a team player that takes pride in your teams success, seeing it as your goal to bring through the next wave of talent
* You bring global experience and relationships, ideally having worked across APAC and EMEA/NA
* Your partner network is extensive, both locally and abroad. You are seen as a thought leader by partners such as Salesforce, commerce tools, Adobe, Amazon, Google and others.
* You have deep experience in the customer led consulting and aligning board strategy with tangible steps to achieve outcomes.
* Ability to work with and grow offshore capabilities.
Salary Range: >$100,000
