Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, tracking progress and sharing insights with management and marketing teams.
• Provide in-theatre support to surgeons and theatre staff, ensuring optimal use of ophthalmic products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the clinical team, marketing, customer service, and management, to drive profitability and market growth.
• Solve product-related challenges using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Manage product samples and consignment inventory within company guidelines.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver solution-based best practices.
• Build relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, key accounts, and potential customers to increase awareness and adoption of products.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• Expertise in surgical, glaucoma, and cataract surgery.
• Ability to thrive in a surgical sales environment, regularly engaging with surgeons and clinical investigators.
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain meaningful business connections.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
