Clinical Nurse Consultant - Patient Safety - Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care Department of Health Tasmania – Launceston TAS Responsibilities: Support the Department of Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.
