Job Summary
You will work within the End User Computing Service which is available on site at Fiona Stanley Hospital 24x7. You will be responsible for:
* Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support primarily for Printer Assets, but also support End User Computing equipment.
* Ensure End-to-End management of Incidents and requests.
* Provide initial technical triage and resolution at first contact where possible.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a technical customer service role.
* Experience within a Healthcare environment is preferred.
* Experience working within a Helpdesk/Service desk/Team environment.
* Experience in working in a KPI driven service with delivery outcomes.
