The Administration Officer – Immunisation is accountable to the Immunisation Coordinators for the sole provision of a reception, administrative and secretarial service to the Immunisation Team, which results in facilitating the efficient operation of the Immunisation Unit. The incumbent assists in the provision of accurate information and assistance to clients, visitors and other agencies, involving specialised knowledge of departmental practices and policies.

* Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
* Experience in clerical or reception roles, preferably within health
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
