You will join our industry-leading project development and delivery team providing specialist construction, time and cost advisory services on a broad range of projects, working directly with clients in both private and public sectors.Essential skills and experience:5+ years client side consulting project management, development advisory, contract administration and cost management experience working on major building projects >$30M (commercial, education, health, industrial or high-rise residential projects highly regarded).You will have a passion for managing and leading multi-disciplinary design and project delivery teams in a collaborative way and a deep understanding of the value in creating trust and lasting relationships.You are a polished and professional communicator, experienced in problem-solving and managing all aspects of design, cost, time, scope, quality and risk on major construction projects.Tertiary bachelor degree qualified - quantity surveying, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related degree, is essential to be considered for this role.What's on Offer:RCP offers attractive remuneration packages for suitable professionals to join our team.
