About the Role They are currently seeking a highly professional Guest Services Officer / Concierge to join their high volume, fast paced team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of business and administrative support services to the Tenancy Services team to contribute in fulfilling issues, requests as well as customer and business outcomes Responsibilities Act as the face of the organisation, delivering professional frontline customer service Greet, sign in and assist guests, visitors and staff entering/leaving the premises Answer all enquiries in an accurate and timely manner Conduct routine floor and site walks ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance Log any safety, maintenance, or compliance issues for rectification Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms including arranging catering, equipment, and overall presentation Provide back up coverage for Car Park when required Draft and prepare communication material for staff including staff updates and iConnect changes as directed by the Manager Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality General housekeeping duties Provide general administration and logistical support Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve user and guest experience Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements About You Professional and immaculate presentation Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS office suite and TRIM Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail Requirements Qualifications in Facilities Management, Customer Service or an equivalent field Minimum 3 years Concierge, Facilities or Asset Management experience Thorough understanding of Tenancy Building Code, Fire and Emergency Compliance Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
