Clough is actively searching for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the team in Perth. You will be responsible for responding to tickets, alerts, initiate incident response and execute infrastructure related projects to maintain good security hygiene in the organisation. This role is critical in the development of the company's digital transformation framework with a key focus on delivering secured infrastructure solutions to provide connectivity.

Responsibilities:
1. Support numerous cloud, server and desktop administration duties where required.
2. Work with the Enterprise Architect and Security and Infrastructure Manager to identify existing gaps, reporting on capacity planning and suggest integrated solutions, ensuring system selection considers compatibility with our various other processes.
3. Ensure all security/non-security policies, procedures and guidelines are followed across the organization.
4. Staying abreast of the latest security threats so that the organization’s maintains a high security posture across the entire Infrastructure stack globally.
5. Commitment to business engagement and ensuring that functional processes and technology solutions enable the business and support the overall business strategy.
6. Responsible for ensuring the success of the IT Security objectives within the Technology Strategy.
7. Providing technical advice and guidance to the technical services and business users
8. Investigate, assess, and respond to alerts in a timely manner
9. Assist as part of the incident and problem management processes in the resolution of technical security related issues and where appropriate take ownership of a clough response and remediation plan
10. Maintain awareness and education of trends in the development of Infrastructure. Maintain technical awareness of developments in system and network infrastructure.
11. Manage automation and monitoring scripts that check the above
12. Attend and provide input into meetings and workshops.
Requirements for success:
13. In depth knowledge of Network and System infrastructures gained over 3 to 5 years with a large, faceted organization, preferably Construction, IT Outsourcing, Government, or other organization running mission-critical systems.
14. Good understanding of IP networking and security principals, including the nature of common protocols and products (e.g., HTTP, SSH)
15. Experience supporting infrastructure solutions, including: (Azure, MS Server, Linux, MS Windows, etc)
16. DHCP, DNS and Active Directory Administration (e.g. MS Server, Linux, etc)
17. Next Generation Firewalls/IPS (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet)
18. Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Servers, Ubuntu Linux, Azure, Trend, Mimecast,
19. Advance system administration skills on supported operating systems (Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux), and a good understanding of the server architecture of various operating systems
20. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
21. Create regular report and dashboards
22. Approx. 3 -5 years business experience in technology, infrastructure administration, project management, financial analysis, business improvement / process redesign.
