Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
* Help to be the face of the business ensuring enquiries get sent to the correct team and the start of a client's journey is a positive one!
* Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
* Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
About You:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the security or related sector.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
