The Role
* Develop operational processes and procedures to ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence.
* Coordinate meetings, workplace inspections, and conduct investigations into incidents.
* Conduct internal and external audits as required.
* Identify training gaps and maintain the Risk Register and Hazards Incident Management System.
* Implement actions to continuously improve risk management practices.
The Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Work, Health, and Safety and ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar HSE position.
