: Community Services Directorate's (CSD's) Housing Assistance Division is seeking expressions of interest from organised and motivated individuals to fill the position of Senior Director (SOGA), Contract Management Team within the Infrastructure and Contracts Branch.
The Senior Director, Contract Management will be responsible for the oversight, strategic leadership and operational management of the Total Facilities Management Agreement.
This role requires a person with high level of influence to ensure the relationship management between Government and the provider achieves the expected outcomes to the benefit of the portfolio of assets and, importantly, the tenant’s residing within them.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
1. Contract Management experience including the application of governance and performance frameworks.
2. Experience leading teams within a large-scale contract management environment.
3. Experience operating in a senior management capacity; and
4. Contract, Project or Procurement management qualifications (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
5. Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
