Proven experience as a FOH/Bar Manager in a similar role or a solid Bartender with supervisor experience looking to learn and step upA passion for making customers smile, creating an excellent customer experience, serving craft beers, cocktails and experimenting with ingredients and techniquesSupervising all the day-to-day aspects of the bar, including menu creation, menu costing, rostering, staff training, prep, service, routine maintenance, and problem solvingFast-paced, efficient, multi-tasker with a strong work ethicA relaxed and positive attitude while maintaining professionalism to drive results, lead the team and communicate effectivelyProven experience in training staff to provide the required standard of excellent customer service and efficient task completionExcellent planning and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail while maintaining a practical and efficient approach to tasksAbility to use technology at a level to communicate digitally, maintain the Restoke app and update spreadsheetsExperience or an interest in learning marketing would also be an advantageYou will need to work our trading hours of Wednesday to Saturday, until 11:30 pm on weeknights and 1:30 am on Weekends.
