Duties
* Performs clerical duties (filing and typing)
* Maintains files of program participants
* Assists with field trip supervision (must be able to travel to schools)
* Assists with bulk mail preparation
* Serves as receptionist for projects
* Manages phone bank to contact former Talent Search students to update phone numbers and emails
* Organizes all supply cabinets and manages the organization of supply cabinets
* Assists advisors with students at high schools when needed
* Assumes additional responsibilities as needed
* Utilizes National database to track former Talent Search participants and document post-secondary enrollment
* Re-organizes all file cabinets with participant folders in alphabetical order
* Assists the Director as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must be able to type at least 45 wpm
Qualifications
* Must be a current student at UHD
* Must have been awarded work-study from the Office of Financial Aid
* Must have a minimum GPA of 2.25
* Must have at least one to three years of experience
