About the position This position is required to provide effective operations supervision and field management of the day to day maintenance activities to meet both internal and external customer needs for the pipeline related operations. The position is responsible for ensuring that all field activities are carried out in a safe manner and with regard to sound environmental management practices. The position is also responsible for the supervision of field operations and maintenance of Verbrec's assets in line with the operations & maintenance schedule. You will be also responsible for: Working within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Verbrec HSE and Quality Management Systems including The Verbrec Way Demonstrating Verbrec focus and priority on HSE to our team members and to our clients Promote safety in all aspects of field operations and monitor the wellbeing of field staff Promote a "safety for you and your workmates" environment and culture Review safety and environmental corrective actions and facilitate implementation Coordinate field staff rehabilitation activities in conjunction with the Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Cert IV Process Plant Technology (Desirable) / Trade Qualification (Mandatory) High level of high-pressure gas experience High level of knowledge in operation field practices and procedures Sound knowledge of pipeline regulation Good communications skills, both written and oral Sound computer skills Experience with communicating with landowners and occupiers.
