Reporting to the Key Account Manager (KAM), this position will be based either in Brisbane (FIFO) or the Bowen Basin (DIDO) and provide site leadership to the ISS team across our village operations. Ultimately responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service delivery for our customer Glencore. Position expectations: Previous experience in all aspects of front of house and village administration services required. Deliver strong leadership and people management capability across all operational areas on site to support each Head of Department. Understand and ensure delivery of a high level of service against contractual requirements. Ensure operational and performance objectives are communicated to the site leadership team and consistently achieved. Demonstrated ability to be 'hands-on' to support the operational team meet service requirements. Demonstrate highly effective organization, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively, motivate and maintain morale within a diverse team. Minimum criteria: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar village operations leadership role. Previous experience in a range of hospitality services including housekeeping, kitchen operations, food & beverage service. Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems (desired). Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and ability to hold an Approved Manager License. Current Standard 11 Generic Coal Induction certificate (or ability to obtain).
