This role will be pivotal in BeeHero's expansion into new crop markets.You will build and maintain strong customer relationships and introduce growers to BeeHero's cutting-edge pollination services and our award-winning Pollination Insight Platform, with a focus on macadamia and avocado.You will manage customer onboarding, logistics, renewals, and account expansion. Most importantly, you'll join an inclusive community of creative, fun-loving, and ambitious individuals, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of honeybees.The ideal location of the role is Bundaberg, QLD. The position will require you to travel ~20% of the time.Responsibilities:Onboard and manage our customers through onboarding and renewalMonitor and improve customer satisfaction metricsMonitor account health and identify expansion opportunitiesDrive product adoption and usageConduct regular business reviews with key stakeholdersSecure renewals and grow existing accountsGather and communicate customer feedback to internal teamsCreate customer success stories and case studiesAct as the voice of the customer internallySupport sales as neededRequirements:Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success within the AgTech industry.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
