Cummins and District Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a crucial member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, wholesome meals during their stay. Using your experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals and in preparing and cooking for dietary requirements, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production and distribution of food service is maintained to appropriate standards in an efficient and effective manner. Your duties will also including being responsible for the ordering of non imprest food supplies, plating of meals, menu selections and ensuring that quality control of food production is maintained to an acceptable standard.
