Your work will contribute to advancing high-stakes missions and supporting national security efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively monitor and assess intelligence reports, identifying emerging trends and ensuring critical information is updated and efficiently distributed to stakeholders.Drive seamless intelligence-sharing efforts by fostering clear communication between diverse teams and partner agencies.Maintain continuous situational awareness through active watch operations, swiftly responding to urgent scenarios and issuing timely alerts to appropriate authorities.Evaluate potential threats, applying sound judgment to determine escalation and response strategies.Stay ahead of advancements in technologies and evolving intelligence methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.Mentor and guide junior personnel, cultivating a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and knowledge transfer.Lead specialized projects or tasks with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes and mission success.Required QualificationsTS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphSolid expertise in intelligence operations, Desk Officer processes, regulatory requirements, and operational frameworks.Previous experience supporting IC operations, especially as a support operation's officer.Appropriate certifications or advanced training may be required, depending on the specific role.Preferred Experience and SkillsMastery of cable writing and navigating classified systems, with experience using specialized targeting tools.Familiarity with customer-specific databases for tracking communications and monitoring traffic.Expertise in leveraging all-source intelligence to identify actionable targeting leads.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive briefings and concise reports.Customer operations certification is highly advantageous.Demonstrated leadership experience in field operations, with prior service as a Chief or Referent considered a strong asset.CompensationStarting salary expectations range from $120,000 to $185,000, depending on experience, geographic factors, and contractual obligations.
