Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor or Leading Hand in rail/Construction project. Advanced understanding and application of standards, policies, and codes governing civil construction and maintenance works within specialized Agency domains. Possession of advanced trade or electrical qualifications along with a current RIW or RSW Card. Availability for night and weekend shifts as required by project schedules. Proficiency in sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting project, construction, and contract documentation within a specialized context. Extensive experience in thorough record-keeping and document management within construction or maintenance settings. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, fostering positive relationships in construction and maintenance environments. Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and multitasking to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
