Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Auchenflower. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a long-standing leadership team and contribute to the growth of a successful business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and greet visitors to the office
* Provide general administrative support to internal teams
* Manage accounts payable, tender and contracts, and compile handover folders
* Maintain staff Power Pass Cards and payment of sundry accounts using credit card
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of staff, weekly hours, and Procore entry
* Send email summaries to the MD weekly and coordinate Cleaners and Subcontractor insurance management
* Create and distribute agendas for team meetings and prepare site safety folders
* Organize training, licences, mask fittings, and team events
Candidate Criteria:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager/Business Support, preferably in the construction, civil or transport industry
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills
