ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing ground investigations to support various construction and infrastructure projects. This role requires a blend of field work, laboratory analysis, and technical reporting.
DUTIES:
1. Plan and oversee site investigations, including borehole drilling, test pits, and in-situ testing.
2. Collect soil and rock samples for laboratory testing.
3. Coordinate with other team members and contractors.
4. Liaise with clients and provide advice throughout a project lifecycle.
5. Produce relevant geotechnical reporting and assessments.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Strong understanding of soil and rock mechanics.
* Ability to travel and work in various weather conditions.
* Full Driver’s License.
