Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing Agent Services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving new customer acquisition, and scaling revenue growth.
You'll work closely with real estate agents and industry professionals, identifying opportunities to expand our market presence and implementing strategies that deliver results.

What You’ll Do:
* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
* Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to effectively reach and convert potential customers
* Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to the sales process
* Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and maximise business impact
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales planning
Qualifications
* Strong sales experience in PropTech, with a solid network in the real estate industry
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams and a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing sales team
* Skilled in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot to track sales and manage pipelines
* Deep understanding of real estate technology and how agents leverage digital solutions
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
