Projects will include minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects.DutiesThorough understanding of OHS and environmental requirementsArrangement of plant, labour and material resources for the projectDirection and monitoring of sub-contractors, suppliers and plant hirersControl of survey requirementsDaily monitoring of activity costsMonitor compliance with safety and environmental requirementsMaintain compliance with the construction programReport all non-conformances and assist recommendations for remedial workMaintain daily record of site activitiesEnsure clients' quality expectations are being met/exceeded (in accordance with specifications)Skills and qualificationsCertificate III in Civil ConstructionCurrent driver's licenceGood communication skillsAttention to detailProven leadership skillsThorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site-related activitiesExperience in minor civil infrastructure works and/or urban development projectsStrong sense of teamworkProven ability to consistently deliver high-quality construction projects within budget and program constraintsExperience in shoringBenefitsWe offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
