Job Title: Professional CT Field Supervision Subcontractor Coord
Job Summary: As Construction Supervisor, you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders' involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and organize subcontractor activities through coordination and instruction of subcontractor's management staff within the area of responsibility.
* Support mid-size projects of medium to high complexity with multiple stakeholders' involvement.
* Plan and coordinate construction operations to ensure they coincide with overall established schedules.
* Ensure installation of materials and equipment conforms to drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements.
* Enforce policies, procedures, and related work rules as established by field construction management.
* Provide technical support to Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals in interpreting Engineering design documents and vendor documents.
* Coordinate engineering solutions with Subcontractors and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
* 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience required.
* Good understanding of safety and quality and risks associated with working around live infrastructure.
* Experience with overhead transmission line installation, upgrades, and operations.
* Experience with switchgear and switchgear upgrades.
* Prior management or supervision of major contracts.
