This role is part of a National Practice Assurance Team responsible for supporting the Child, Youth and Families teams.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.Prepare advice and provide support to implement legislation, standards, and safeguarding practices.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Undertake internal audits and root cause analysis.Identify systemic issues and share best practices.Assist in the development of policies and procedures.Provide support on practice approaches to integrate safeguarding and risk management.Coordinate and undertake internal audits.Facilitate reflective practice processes.Maintain knowledge of changes to legislation and practice standards.Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends.Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Science or relevant experience.Practice experience in the Human and Community Services sector.Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to Child Youth and Family services.Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and accreditation processes.Experience in developing policies and procedures.Ability to work collaboratively across an organisation.Effective time management and problem-solving skills.Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant).Benefits Office-based with flexible hybrid working from home arrangements.Generous Salary Packaging Benefits - claim up to $15,900 per year, tax free!How to ApplyInclude your resume and cover letter in one document.
