About the role
Join this dynamic and thriving Real Estate company in South Melbourne as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient operations and effective client engagement. This is a fun and collaborative team environment, and you will enjoy working with this amazing team culture.
Your daily duties will include:
* Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content to effectively promote properties and services.
* Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for potential buyers or tenants.
* Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling appointments, preparing contracts and agreements, and maintaining client databases using Salesforce.
* Handle incoming leads from various sources and track their progress through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and KPIs for management review.
* Planning and creation of EDM’s to the database, monitoring and analysing key metrics.
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva)
* Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
