What will your day look like?As a Proposition Lead - New Plus Propositions, you are accountable for:
Support with the creation and evolution of innovative, market-leading propositions that align with customer needs, business objectives, and competitive positioning.Support with the development of compelling value propositions by leveraging a mix of customer insights, market research, and data performance, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.Work with research agencies, insights teams, and other specialists to gather deep market intelligence, customer behaviour data, and competitive analysis to inform proposition development.Translate insights from agency reports and research data into tangible, actionable strategies that drive proposition development and refinement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively develop and launch market propositions, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders and successful delivery.
Stakeholders typically include Product Owners, Data Analysts, Designers, Journey Experts and Tech Leads.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, messaging, and positioning across all channels and customer touchpoints.Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and enhance proposition impact.Support in cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders in marketing, product development, sales, and customer experience to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, product teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment on proposition strategy and performance.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products and services, with a strong understanding of the full marketing lifecycle.Ability to translate customer insights into a statement of promise describing the value our customers will receive across service, communication and product experiences, resulting in better customer and commercial outcome.Experience working with research agencies, consultancies, and specialist partners to inform strategy and proposition development.Strong background in developing value propositions that meet customer needs, differentiate in the market, and align with business goals.Expertise in gathering and interpreting market insights, customer data, market segmentation and research to inform strategic decisions and proposition refinement.The ability to creatively problem solve and is unafraid to propose new ideas and experiment.Proven ability to collaboratively influence cross-functional teams in the execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and proposition optimization.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
