Rochester and Elmore District Health Service
“Caring for our Community”
Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton. At REDHS our team provides a diverse range of services for our local communities including Urgent Care, Acute Care, Residential Aged Care, Community Nursing, Allied Health and Home Care Services.
Our facility was impacted by the October 2022 flood and we had to change how and where we deliver our services. We cannot express enough how proud we are of our amazing team who have worked together and dedicated themselves to ensure our community continued to receive high quality healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity to join REDHS and be involved in the re-establishment of our services in Rochester.
Here is why our staff love to work for us:
* We have a supportive team that is driven by making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, patients and clients; and the communities that we serve
* We offer generous salary packaging options to enable our staff to pay less tax and keep more of their pay
* We hold regular social events and offer flexibility and work from home
* When we return to site we have an onsite cafe (that has great coffee!) and our staff have free access to our gymnasium
* Our workplace culture is inclusive and diverse and is centred on well-being, fun and team connectedness
* Our staff have access to a variety of internal and external training programs to build their career skills
* Our Employee Assistance Program is comprehensive and extends beyond our staff to their immediate family
